What I offer is the same in principal as any other user that exchanges bitcoins for cash, prepaid visa cards, etc. The difference being that I pay interest.

If I had faith and I knew that this wasn't a scam, then yea, it would be a pretty good idea. The interest that he's providing is much more than a bank does. But, we all know the main problem with this idea...Too much of a risk that it could be a scam or a ponzi scheme (no offense to the op)..

@chronicpain - I understand, investments in general are a risk, let alone trusting a (stranger) that may or may not potentially be a scammer. I've been doing this for the just shy of 6 years. I only recently found out about SR and bitcoins. And I'm seizing the opportunity to offer this here before somebody else does.

As a newcomer to the SR community, I'm getting the feeling that newcomers are not really welcome. At least ones with "investment opportunities". I thought that with the quantity of people selling cash and prepaid visa's and such that there might have been an interest for an opportunity like the one I present.
Instead of posting childish comments that accuse me of being a fly-by-night. Posting serious comments/suggestions would be the more appropriate thing to do. I could use a suggestion on how I could provide proof of my legitimacy while retaining my anonymity. Any suggestions?

I understand the skepticism and that you all think I'm some scammer. Nothing I can do about that but tough it out.
I am making modifications and adding more detailed explanations of things over the next couple weeks. Once I have an updated and complete prospectus I'll post it up in this thread. I'll continue to monitor this thread in the mean time. So please, if anybody has any comments or suggestions please post them. Jokes and serious ones alike. I can't hate since I'm the joke here.

1.25% interest per quarter sounds good to those in countries still struggling with the affects of the GFC. Other people around the world can get over 6% p.a. just by sticking the money in the bank. It would be a bad investment for those people. Considering bitcoins are a worldwide currency you might want to double your return to investors for a start.

At those return rates, you'd be much better off investing the $3.5k in hardware for a few bitcoin mining rigs and going for like, %400 return quarterly. I spent $400 on GPUs and am now pulling down about .6 Bitcoin per day, with $1.44 in electrical costs. Some of the people in my mining pool are running 15+ times more hashing power, meaning they are pulling in more like 9BTC per day on $3,500 worth of equipment.
I am not trying to rag on you, but offering a 1.25% quarterly return on BTC is pretty meager. You could make an investor's yearly in a day with the volatility of bitcoin. Two days ago it was trading on MtGox for $10.50 and today it has been trading above $16. You would have already made dividends for the whole friggin' year, they are cut out of the additional profits, and you are rolling in a pile of essentially their money.
Anyone with $3,500 to throw at gamble has better prospects...
